Carol A. Twardoch | Executive Assistant & Director, Communications
Carol has served HVMG CEO Robert Cole and partners for over 19 years. In this role she leads, drives, supports and follows through on daily investor, financial, franchise, legal, real-estate and hotel communications and relations. She is the primary support for the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in a multitude of projects and aspects, including the annual budget timeline for the HVMG portfolio of hotels, producing a variety of monthly reports and reviews, and assisting with any and all lead generation Market Places and trade shows. She also assists the Vice President of Operations with hotel contracts as well as the annual budget process. She directs and supervises a multitude of “special projects” and is corporate contact for all due-diligence requests. Carol is a great resource of knowledge for questions on liquor licenses, permits and contracts, having worked in almost every department during her tenure.
Previously, Carol worked in similar roles with United Artists Television, MGM/UA and Orion Pictures, all located in New York. Her technical skills, experience and dedication provide the edge in all facets of internal and external communications and relations. She has served on the International Emmy Awards committee and assisted with multiple political campaign functions in New York City.
Carol was awarded a scholarship from Briarcliff Business School, Garden City, NY, where she focused on a business administration curriculum.
