With more than 27 years of hospitality industry experience, Mary Beth leads HVMG’s expansion efforts, including all aspects of acquisitions, new development and third-party management agreements. She also plays a key role in fostering new joint venture opportunities and working with lenders, capital partners, brokers and franchise development leaders. 

Mary Beth’s extensive hospitality experience spans all facets of the hotel industry including Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing and Development for luxury, full-service, select-service and extended stay hotels.  She joined HVMG as Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development in January of 2011.  Previously Mary Beth had served as the Director of Business Development for Atlanta-based Hotel Equities, where she oversaw a 300 percent expansion in the company’s portfolio within a six year period.  Mary Beth has also worked at Hotel Investors Trust and Marriott International.

An active leader, frequent conference speaker and guest lecturer within the hospitality industry, Mary Beth also serves as an Officer on the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance’s board of directors as President-Elect and is a member of WIL (Women in Lodging). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and studied hospitality administration at the Ecole Hoteliere in Lausanne, Switzerland.
