Michelle brings over 20 years of hospitality management experience to her role as Director of Revenue Management.  In this role, Michelle is responsible for competitive analysis of markets, strategic forecasting data, and managing a team of Revenue Managers and Analysts to ensure properties are set up for optimal revenue maximization. Michelle is also responsible for the implementation of revenue management training, revenue management standards and development of the HVMG portfolio.

Previously, Michelle served as Area Director of Revenue Management, Carolina Regional Revenue Center, for Hilton Worldwide. Michelle has been in revenue management since 2002, and held prior positions within operations and finance. Michelle won the 2009 Jorgen Hansen Award for Excellence in Revenue Management from Hilton Worldwide. She graduated Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and an A.A.S. in Hotel-Restaurant Management.
