- Branding Analysis: In depth analysis of the local market to determine alternative branding opportunities. We’ll help identify the "niche" that positions the property to perform better against market competitors.
- Branding or Rebranding Sales & Marketing Development: Property Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and eCommerce are analyzed. HVMG develops strategic plans with specific, results-oriented tactics and monthly action plans so the hotel maximizes all available opportunities through the franchisor’s revenue and marketing systems.
- PIP Process: Once a brand is identified, HVMG can assist to ensure the PIP process and renovation is realistic and timely. We are present for the brand representative’s PIP Inspection, review all brand requirements, review the condition of existing FF&E and negotiate the final required brand PIP with the brand on behalf of Ownership.
- PIP Estimating: Once the final required PIP is complete, we will provide an estimated cost for the required PIP. You can use this estimate to compare against competitive bids and/or have HVMG complete the property renovations.
