Peter Hoffman

Peter most recently served as the executive vice president of operations, select-service division for Aimbridge. His portfolio consisted of 281 properties and included direct reports of senior vice presidents of operations and regional vice presidents of operations. Together, they successfully led the portfolio through not only the pandemic but also the merger of Interstate Hotels & Resort and Aimbridge Hospitality. Peter worked with Interstate Hotels & Resorts for nearly 20 years, initially as a general manager and then serving as the vice president of operations and senior vice president of operations, select brands. Peter has served his team by providing innovative solutions and managing many difficult stakeholders while driving results at their respective hotels. Peter leads HVMG's select brand portfolio, driving operational performance and developing our future leaders. Peter and his wife, Susan, have known each other since seventh grade and have been married for 20 years. They have four sons, Peter, Jr. Nicholas & Andrew (twins), and Bryce as well as four dogs. In his spare time, Peter referees recreational youth soccer.
