Sunny Larkin-Newman

Sunny brings 13 years of Hospitality Experience to her role with HVMG. Starting her career with Vail Resorts in Colorado, she worked various seasonal roles from Ski School Supervisor to Ski Patroller before transitioning to Talent Acquisition. While continuing to work for Vail, Sunny and her team were responsible for the recruitment and placement of applicants for Ski and Snowboard School for all of Vail's 11 Resorts. In 2016, her family relocated back to the east coast where Sunny became the Talent Acquisition Manager for The Dollywood Company. In her time with Dollywood, Sunny was responsible for long term recruitment strategy and relationship development while leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Supervisors. Her primary focus was improving diversity and inclusion through developing the J-1 Student program and other collegiate programs internationally. In her current role, Sunny is responsible for the recruitment of key leadership positions throughout HVMG as well as providing support on recruitment strategy and employment branding.
