Leveraging Success

After successfully establishing Impac Hotel Group, one of Marriott's first few franchisees in the 1990s, Robert Cole merged Impac Hotel Group with Servico in 1998 with a combined portfolio of 143 owned and operated hotels. Cole went on to found HVMG in 2001 with a single hotel, serving as President and CEO.

Since that time, HVMG has operated 111 properties throughout the US. Backed by an experienced team of leaders with an average of 20+ years of industry experience across all property types throughout the country including luxury, lifestyle, full-service, and select-service branded and independent properties, HVMG has received numerous awards and recognition for market share, guest service, and other performance improvements. Of the 28 hotels that HVMG has acquired or assumed management for and subsequently sold, an average of 123% NOI improvement was made under HVMG's management.
