Andrew Slayton brings over a decade of exceptional experience in hotel development, investment analysis, and asset management to our dynamic team.

Throughout his career, Drew has demonstrated a proven ability to drive strategic growth and deliver comprehensive financial insights that shape critical investment decisions. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development & Investment Analysis at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, where he successfully identified third-party management opportunities and developed compelling client proposals.

Prior to Crescent Hotels & Resorts, Drew led advisory and acquisitions initiatives at HotelAVE. He also asset managed for KSL Mission Hill; conducted detailed market analysis and feasibility studies across the Americas region at IHG, and held strategic roles at UPS and United Airlines.

Drew holds an MBA in Finance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned a specialized Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
