Mandisa brings over 15 years of combined experience in Operations, Payroll and Human Resources. Prior to joining HVMG, Mandisa worked in Operations with Select Service Marriott branded hotels out of the Pittsburgh PA area; she then worked for ADP specializing in Payroll and Client Solutions from Small Business to National Accounts. Mandisa joined HVMG in 2014 as the Human Resources Generalist supporting both the corporate office and the field. In 2017 she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. In her current role, she partners with and provides Human Resources Leadership to the corporate associates and continue to manage key HR vendor relationships, lead, manage and / or implement HR programs and projects that support the HVMG portfolio.

Mandisa is a certified HR professional with both her PHR and SHRM - CP certifications and holds a Masters in Human Resources.
